Threaded flange is a type of flange that realizes connection with pipes by means of threads. The manufacturing process is to process the inner hole of the flange into a pipe thread, so as to connect with the pipe with external threads for precise adaptation, which belongs to non-welded flanges. During installation, the flange is rotated so that the threads of the pipe and the flange bite closely together to reach a preliminary mechanical connection, which is a solid and effective way to resist the pressure and vibration of the fluid in the pipeline. At the same time, in order to protect the connection sealing, usually in the contact surface of the two will be installed by the rubber, graphite and other materials with good sealing performance made of gasket, when the flange and pipe through the threaded close connection, the gasket is pressed, forming a reliable sealing barrier to prevent fluid leakage.
