A Nipple is a straight section of pipe with threads on both ends, typically between 1" and 24" in length, used to connect two threaded pipes or devices (e.g., valves, elbows, tees) to make a quick sealing connection. The core structure is machined from seamless steel pipe or forgings with standard threads (e.g., NPT, BSPT, BSPP) on both ends, and some models have a hexagonal flange for wrench handling.

Threaded connections eliminate the need for welding or flange bolts, and can be installed quickly by one person, saving more than 50% of labor time.
Suitable for a variety of thread types (NPT, BSPT, etc.), can be directly connected to the valve, pipe fittings, reducing the inventory of spare parts.

Short length design (e.g. 1"~6") can fill the pipe gap and adjust the connection distance, especially suitable for narrow space (e.g. equipment access port).
Can be used in combination with elbows and tees to realize complex piping layouts (e.g. fire fighting pipe branching).
